Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, but because our personalized water bottles and suitcases are made to order, please allow an additional 48 hours for processing.
Can I return a personalized product if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any personalized items unless they arrive damaged or faulty, as these are custom-made specifically for you.
