Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Official Love Island gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include your completed returns slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
